mmm, asparagus

So, I am already falling behind. Things were a little hairy around here over the past couple of days. I am amazed at how easily it is for me to get out of sync with things. It's not like I have a ton of stuff on my plate, I just feel like I cannot keep up. For example, Mike and I both forgot our wedding anniversary! I just kept thinking it was coming up, and next thing I knew, it had passed. We both got a good laugh out of it though. Yes it is a special day for us, but life happens. There definitely isn't any hurt feelings about forgetting it either.
Ivie had asparagus for the first time today. I cannot say that she liked it, but she ate it all. She made a few silly faces and was slow to ask for more. She is so good with trying new foods, though. I usually wait 3 to 4 days before drawing a conclusion about her likes and dislikes. So far there isn't anything she hasn't liked!
I still cannot get a picture to upload. I keep hoping that one day I'll wake up and this computer will just fix itself and we'll not have any other problems with it. But, until that happens, we've gotta do our best with 'ol bessy.
Well, life is continuing to happen and I need to go catch up!
