Hidy Ho Neighbors!WOW, have we been busy! We have enjoyed some great time with our family. We spent a week divided between the Kirby's and have been enjoying some evenings with Aaron, Fawna and Lucas. We are preparing for our big trip west on Thursday, so have made it back to my parents to get packing!
While at the Kirby cottage Ivie took four steps on her own. She, however, chooses not to walk. She may take a small step and sits herself down to crawl. I don't blame her, she's very quick when crawling. She is mimicking practically everything she sees and hears! This photo is from our trip to Trader Joe's in Ann Arbor. Ivie walked the entire store and grinned liked that the whole time. She was so proud of herself.
Let's see, what's new with Ivie? Well, she knows the word "no" and demonstrated what is a "no" thing to do. She will get into something and say "no, no, no" while doing it. Some creative correction is definitely not too far behind. She is now calling my parents "nana" and "papa", rather than just saying the words. She has a molar working it's way into her lower jaw and has been drooling up a storm. I think that's about it. She's been keeping us all very busy and we are loving EVERY minute of it!
I'll probably be delayed for a few days with our travelling and getting settled back into our home and routine, but I wont be gone for long! TTFN
